Personal is Political: Is Your Mental Health a Reflection of Society?

The phrase "Personal is Political" originally comes from feminist discourse and has been widely used to express the idea that personal experiences are often deeply connected to larger social and political structures.

In today's fast-paced, extremely interconnected world, the heavy burden of mental health issues isn't just a personal challenge; it's a collective phenomenon. We all feel it – in our lives, in our communities, and even globally. This shared experience of mental weight raises critical questions about the role of individual well-being in our collective psyche.

Believing that our lives or our pains are insignificant to others not only affects our mental well-being but also impacts the collective. To address the current mental health crisis, we must start with these individual 'units' of society.

Watch the video to discover how individual actions contribute to alleviating global suffering and enhancing collective well-being.
